My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The room was absolutely cozy and clean. The beds were comfy and the towels were high quality. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect as it was just a stone's throw away from all the attractions I wanted to see and experience. the breakfast was delicious and it was an advantage that hot drinks were made fresh by the bar.

We were left feeling disappointed and annoyed. the WiFi signal in our room was rather weak, which made it difficult for us to stay connected during our stay. we would not return to this hotel as we expected more from our Christmas getaway experience.
